Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURN POLICY


Furniture - Any furniture purchased on our website is classified as a custom order and therefore non-returnable. We are not able to cancel or modify furniture orders once the order has been placed. If a furniture item arrives, damaged, notify us immediately.
 
Lighting is non-returnable. If your light is damaged, email operations@stacynicole.com immediately and leave the light in its original packaging. If for any other reason, you need to return your light, it must be within 14 days of the date you received the fixture(s), and you will be required to pay a 35% restocking fee, The fixture(s) can only be returned if in brand new condition, uninstalled, and in its original packaging exactly how it came. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
 
Artwork is non-returnable unless damaged. We must be notified of damage within 3 days of your art being delivered.
 
Rugs - Antique Rugs are non-returnable. Other rugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unless the rug is damaged upon its arrival, the customer is responsible for return shipping and there is a 35% restocking fee. Rugs must be unused and in their original packaging. This includes all original packaging material and original factory information and paperwork. Do not write or put any markings on the outside of the packaging. *Rug samples are not returnable unless otherwise specified by one of our design team members.
 
Hardware - All hardware is non-returnable unless defective. We highly recommend ordering one piece of hardware as a sample before placing an order for your entire space. If a return is necessary, your order must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Unless defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and there is a 35% restocking fee.
 
For all other products, returns must be initiated within 14 days of the customer receiving the item. Items must be in brand-new condition with the tag or pricing sticker attached. It is up to the discretion of Stacy Nicole Home to determine if the item is acceptable for refund. As soon as you place your order we begin the procurement process. Therefore, we are not able to accept cancellations, the customer is responsible for return shipping and there is a 35% restocking fee. If the item is not accepted for return, it will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. If the item is not damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is returned to our store, your refund will be processed.
Warehouse Sale items, all warehouse sales items are sold as is. All warehouse sale items are final sale.
 
How to Initiate a Return?
 
Send us an email including your order number. All returns will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase unless store credit is requested. *You will be refunded the cost of the merchandise only. **Shipping cost is non-refundable.
 
Exchange - Stacy Nicole's home must approve and receive your original order before the new item is reordered.
